The topic of our article is “Aggravated States due to the Result of Malicious Wounding”. Firstly the term “Aggravated States due to the Result of Malicious Wounding” is emphasized, the structure and the characteristic in terms of crime theory of these crimes are examined in baseline. After then the Results which counted (shown) in Turkish Criminal Code article 87 as the aggravated states of malicious wounding examined in detail. Also with the theorical explanations about the topic and opinions in the doctrine, the practice of Court of Cassation are included. In addition attempt, complicity and the joinder of crimes in the Aggravated States due to the Result of Malicious Wounding are mentioned in our article. In the last chapter investigation and trial (prosecution) procedures emphasized.
