Nowadays, accessing to information and data has become respectively easier due to particularly internet and other digital platforms.Right to erase data serves to protect individuals from getting stamped for their past experiences appeared on internet or any other part of the digital world.One of the important aspects of this right is to protect these mistreated people from future victimizations, regardless of whether this data is true or even has the legal basis.In Turkey, another type of digital victimization appears as an unlawful violation of personal rights of woman who have suffered violence and abuse in their life. To prevent this type of violence, development of effective mechanisms and social awareness are needed in order to make our legal regulations useful and substantial.
