Abstract :

As known, property owners have the obligation of using their independent sections and additions according to allocation purpose in condominium relation. Actually, according to law number 634 section 12, when the condominium is established it is necessary to give architectural project which shows the allocation purpose of independent sections’ to the land office. In general, this specification is made by using designations like “settlement”, “workplace” etc. Determination of allocation purpose of independent sections during the condominium establish has a different significance because of law number 634 section 24. This is because in the aforementioned law section, it is completely prohibited, completely freed in some issues or related to all of the property owner’s unanimous opinion, to change the allocation purpose (kind) which is specified at the beginning.
