Abstract :
Yong-Sŏng Li, who is known that to published books, articles, proclamation and studies about old turkic era, lastly translated to Korean, Talat Tekin’s book which is named Orhon Türkçesi Grameri and added a new work to own studies. In this study, was explained Yong-Sŏng Li’s life, studies and was dissected his new translation work 돌궐어 문법 / Orhon Türkçesi Grameri.
