Abstract :
The role of audit firms in financial markets has gained importance with the recent developments in the last 10 years. The technical capability and motivation of employees have an impact on the success of the audit firms. The aim of this study is to review the human resources practices under the framework of international standards, and researches and national regulations to achieve effective and quality audits.
