Abstract :
Despite the implementation of liberal economic policies in the early years of the Republic, the chief actor is the presence of the state in economic activities After the. The purpose of this study is to reveal the framework of local applications in line with the general economic policies of the economic impact of the decisions taken in and around Diyarbakir. Diyarbakir, the main sectors in this regard the current situation of the early years of the republic, first put forward tatistical data. Then, based on archive documents local practices of economic policies in these sectors other aspects are discussed. By means of the eflections of the economic applications of this method, the statistical data and comparative analyzes were carried out has been put forward.
