Abstract :
Media and communication have recently attained a prominent significance as a result of technological developments. The idea that media was going to be one of the means which would be applied to as a tool of communication was initially not taken into account. As it provides the highest level with the lowest cost and fastest speed, digital media has now become one of the most useful means of communication. The published media has been replaced by the digital media not only because published media requires high costs, timing but also because it is less effective. Via digital media and internet solutions, it is now possible to reach much more people in seconds with lowest cost rates.
