Use of impella recover device in postcardiotomy syndrome

Abstract
Several ventricular assist devices which are agreed to obtain hemodynamic stability in Postcardiotomy syndrome are exist. One of such devices is Impella Recover System which is even mostly using in cardiology pratics. Unnecceseraty of heparinization is the most important advantage and cause of choice of this device, especially in patient with postcardiotomy syndrome in early post operative period. In this report we present a patient with postcardiotomy syndrome in early post operative period in whom we used Impella Recover System.
