Abstract :
The purpose of this study is, by determining the quality of irrigation water in the water wells in Mugla Karabaglar region, to form an introduction to the studies of the observation and the assessment of the water in this region. 20 samples of water from the water of each well, which constitute the study material, has been taken during four seasons. In these water samples taken during four seasons, there has been a change between the value of Electrical conductivity (EC) 402 μS cm^-1 and 1301 μS cm^-1 , and between the value of pH 6,06 with 7, 16. It has been observed that their analyzed concentrations of heavy metals and trac elements Cd, Co, Ni, Pb, Cu, Fe and Mn haven t exceeded the permitted maximum limit values in all four seasons. Al concentration hasn t exceeded the permitted maximum limit values during four seasons except wells number 4 and 6. When it s evaluated in terms of Cr concentration, it has been determined that wells number 6 and 10 are at a third quality degree regarding Cr concentration. Whereas Zn concentration has exceeded the permitted maximum limit valuesin the wells number 7, 11, 15 and 17. The containing of nitrate; the wells number 3, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 have tended to raise. In terms of boron concentrations all the wells water in the field of study is first class quality irrigation water. As a result of these investigations, it is understood that these well waters don t contain serious pollution problems, but these investigations should be searched in a long term.
