Abstract :
In this study aimed to find out the effect of the maternal age to the nymphal development time, survival rate, preoviposition, oviposition and postoviposition period, longevity and total number of nymph of Myzus persicae Sulzer (Hemiptera: Aphididae). Thus, adults of the first day, seventh day and fifteenth day left offspring biology observed. Experiments, conducted in a controlled climate room condition at temperature 26±1ºC, relative humidity 65±5 % and 16:8 photoperiod. Maternal age effects of first and third nymphal development times been shown to be a statistically significant effects, the effect of other biological parameters were statistically insignificant. On the fifteenth day left nymphs completed first nymphal period development time in a minimal time 1,29 days, on the first and seventh day left nymphs 1,64 and 1,38 days. On the first day left nymphs completed third nymphal period development times in a minimal time 1,24 days, seventh day and fifteenth day left nymphs 1,52 and 1,61 days. First day, seventh day and fifteenth day left nymphs completed development times 5,68; 5,44 and 5,92 days. On the first day left adults completed oviposition period in a minimal time 8,23 days. The longest longevity with13,88 days was on the fifteenth day left nymphs, while the highest total number of nymphswith 51,45 individualswere on the first day left nymphs.
