Abstract :
Extension services undertake important roles in achieving goals such as rural development, sustainability of natural resources, food safety and etc. Extension services require keeping in step with the technological and socioeconomical developments for efficiently performing of the mentioned roles. Organizations must have some abilities for healthy running of the accommodation process. In this research, internalization levels of some organizational values had been examined by interviewing with 250 extension workers from the different extension services in Turkey. As the results of factor and cluster analysis, variables related to organizational culture were divided into two groups as values and treatment. According to the findings, the internalization of organizational values is not at intended level in the extension services. The factors affecting on adoption of extension advices have been designated as organizational treatment, institutional reputation, the extension activities directing at rural areas and compliance with agricultural policies.
