Title Of Article :
Effects of Bacillus megaterium Inoculation on Metabolic Profiles of Hungarian Vetch (Vicia pannonica Roth) at Different P Levels from Poultry Manure and Chemical Fertilizer
Abstract :
this study was carried out to evaluate the metabolic effects of two different doses of poultry manure (0, 3 t ha^-1), and three different doses of phosphorus fertilizer (0, 50, 100 kg P2O5 ha^-1) with or without Bacillus megaterium M-3 inoculation on the biochemical parameters such as total protein, glucose, triglyceride of Hungarian vetch (Vicia pannonica Roth). The results indicated that 10^-8 CFU ml^-1 Bacillus megaterium inoculation with ~80 kg P/ ha^-1 affected all biochemical parameters of Hungarian vetch positively.
