Abstract :
In this study, Israeli political sociologist Uri Ram’s perception of post-zionism is analyzed. In the article, the historical roots of the post-zionism perception is examined, Ram’s theoretical classification regarding the different perceptions of post-zionism is explained and the relationship between Ram’s perception of post-zionism and the concept of ‘New Israel’ is elaborated. The significance of this research is that it is one of the first academic researches on Uri Ram’s perception of post-zionism in the political science literature in Turkish. In the study, document scanning and content analysis are used as research methods. Further the distinctions among the concepts, labour zionism, liberal zionism, revisionist zionism, anti-zionism, non-zionism, neo-zionism, post-zionism are identified and the transformation in Israel’s political and social life is analyzed in the era of globalization.
