Lipomas are the most common benign soft tissue tumors often observed in the upper extremities. But getting deep palmar layout and creating symptoms by compressing the surrounding tissue are rare. A 62-year-old female patient with swelling on the right hand palms and numbness in the first four fingers was admitted.Magnetic resonance imaging showed a mass consistent with lipoma in 4x3 cm in deep palmar area. Weakness in the first finger of right hand and numbness in the first four fingers were present. ln the exploration, lobulated lipomatous mass located under the flexor tendons and the median nerve in palmar region was excised.Neuropathic symptoms resolved completely in the postoperative period in the patient.
