Abstract :
Perineal ectopic testis is a rare congenital anomaly. The incidence of perineal ectopic testis is less than 1% in all undescended testis. Patient usually applied to urology with empty scrotum and testicular agenesia. The main treatment is surgical and hormonal therapy is not indicated in these patients. We report an eleven years old patient with right perineal ectopic testis that was underwent scrotal orchidopexy.
