Opinions of Primary School Teachers on Social Problems and Their Effects on Performance
Abstract :
According to the directory of primary education institutions, primary school teaching between the 1st year and the 5th year is the substantial process. For this reason, primary school teachers train and teach their 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th year students by considering this directory. The aim of this study is to put forward social problems of primary school teachers and effects of these problems on their performance. Of the primary school teachers who work at private and state are schools within Denizli city center, 301 teachers were chosen through “proportional group sampling” method. Besides, data of the study was piled up by the likert type public survey. Findings clearly refer that “I completely agree” concerning the mentioned social problems. On the other hand, opinions of primary school teachers concerning the meeting frequency with these problems are in form of “mostly”. Besides, their opinions about these problems on their performance are in form of “considerable”.
