The participants of the study are composed of 45 six years old children attending preschools under Ministry of National Education in Aydın city centre in 2013-2014 school year. Data in the study were obtained by Mosaic Approach. Mosaic approach is a data collection method which is based on the consideration of children as having ability to express themselves like adults and combining techniques like different interview techniques, child drawings, child photographs etc.. The data gathered was analyzed by Descriptive Analysis Technique. According to the results children expressed that they come to pre-school to be educated and to play games and they play games and routine activities are made in the course of school time. It was determined that children have not got any knowledge about pre-school staff and they used clear expressions only for the duties of their teachers. Finally, children indicated that their teacher decides what to do in the classroom and the person who will decide things that will be done in the classroom must be their teacher, too.
