Abstract
The aim of this research was to display the factors that affects the team success according to the football trainers. . For this aim “The Case Study Model” and for the sampling selection “Criterion Sampling Method” with the convenient sampling method was used. The 7 participants were determined who were between 35–50 and had an avarege 10 years experience in the amateur and professional training. In the data collection process, “interview approach” was used and semi-structured interview form was implemented. The method of the research was descriptive model and three basic themes were reached. These were “The views of the participants on the impact of trainers to the team success”, “The views of the participants on the non-impact of trainers to the team success” and “The views of the participants about the general characteristic of successful trainers”. As a result of this research that was for determining the trainers work in the team; the knowledge, the technical outfits and personal and leaderships features that will set an example to sportsmen are the positive supporting factors for team communication, cohension and synergy. Besides the trainers structure of club’s management, press, fans and facilities are the other factors for team success.
