UEFA FUTSAL EURO 2012: TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL ANALYSIS OF TURKISH FUTSAL NATIONAL TEAM GROUP MATCHES
Abstract :
This study aimed to analyse technical and tactical aspects of Turkish Futsal National Team (TFNT) which participated in UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 for the first time. Technical and tactical data collected via video display of the matches played by the TFNT in the championship were analyzed through the video analysis program “eAnalyze Soccer Voice,” and paper-and-pencil method. Those parameters that came into prominence were expounded by the descriptive analysis method. This analysis came to the conclusion that technical and tactical qualifications of the TFNT remained considerably low as compared to the opposing teams.
