Abstract :
The aim of this study is to clarify the contributions of Village Institutes’ graduates to teacher organization according to their own opinions. This qualitative study was performed through mutual negotiations with village institute graduates (n=50) within Aegean Region, including Aydın, İzmir, Muğla and Denizli. The data were obtained through semi-structured appointment forms which were developed by research. Then, the data obtained from the appointments were transmitted into the computer and read line by line. The common point in such organization underlined by the Village Institutes’ graduates is that the graduates play a key role in “leadership” of teacher organization and journal publishing on the organization of teacher.
