Abstract :
This study aims at examining the effect of nurses’ organizational justice perceptions on their job satisfactions, who, because of many individual or work environmental negative factors, have a stressful job with a heavy workload. The study was conducted among 155 participants who had been picked from 246 nurses working for a state hospital by convenience sampling method. SPSS program was used to analyze the collected data. To assess the demographic properties of participants, frequency and percentage analyses were used. In order to assess the relationships of organizational justice’s sub-dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice) with both one another and job satisfaction’s sub-dimensions (internal satisfaction and external satisfaction), correlation analysis was used. To analyze the effect of organizational justice’s sub-dimensions on job satisfaction’s sub-dimensions multiple regression analysis was utilized. The findings of analyses indicated that nurses’ internal and external job satisfactions are influenced positively and significantly by each of the three justice perceptions.
