Abstract :
Volunteer handbook is an important tool that explains philosophy the volunteer in non-govermental organizations (NGOs). NGO’s backround, organizational structure, volunteer facilities and processes / procedures can be clearly expose with volunteer handbook. In this context, the main aim of this study is to evaluate basic features of the volunteer handbook and volunteerism effects.
