Abstract :
In this study, whether there is a difference in terms of personal and familial conflict levels of women managers in Turkey is investigated. The research is carried on with 330 managers. The datas of managers‟ conflict levels are haven from scale has 149 questions which is broadened considering the cultural factors of research project in 30 countries called CISMS II (Collaborative International Study of Managerial Stress). To determine the distribution of responders and testing the significant difference about frequency distributions and related variables, one dimensional variance analysis (anova) is used. According to the results from analysis, the important relationships with conflict and sex, age, educational status are obtained. When we look sex, there is not a significant difference between women and men. Moreover, no work-family conflict for women managers in Turkey is found. When we assess this result, women distribute their responsiblities in family area is ascertained.
