Abstract :
It is a known fact that the political participation of women is low in local and general administration. The participation of woman in politics is required to solve the woman‟s problems. It is necessary that the number of women in political and public area should increase to overcome under-representation of women in politics and should change the conditions for women. The quote implementation is an important step in increasing women‟s political participation. Politic participation of women in our study, the level of participation in parliamentary and local governments and the quota applications were examined.
