Abstract :
With the developping technology there also has occured some changes in the needs of human. Due to this, the Fordist producing sytem which is a full day standart employing way has given its place to the flexible working system. By making the working systems flexible it is provided to increase the affluence of workers and continuity of the companies. In the first part of the study, the flexible working systems have been investigated. In the second part, the call working and densely working week have been examined. And in the final episode, we compare with the call working and densely working week.
