Abstract :
Part time work and on call work, taking part in labour law numbered 4857 and having an important impact on labour (force) market, are started to be applied basing on the laws in Turkey and European Union countries. With this study, the impacts of flexible work systems on strategic human resource management have been searched and the necessity of new method in working systems of societies which are under the influence of globalization and in different stammering conditions and the necessity of going apart from Standard criteria has been stressed.
