Abstract
The relation of Konya, one of Turkey‟s important cities with its great population and geography and also one of Turkey‟s leading agricultural economic regions, with water administration is qualified that determines city‟s today and tomorrow also future of Turkey‟s agricultural economy. Therefore, it is important for both the region and Turkey to study water administration of Konya district and taking protections that are needed by stabilizing accurate doing right determinations. On this respect in this study, the project of Konya Plain (KOP) that can be qualified as getting solution to the general of district, use of drop irrigation and EU water policy perspective will be studied for determination of the relation and future of Konya district with water.
