Abstract :
Today, one of the main problem faced by managers and businesses that workers is absenteeism. In depth analysis this problem with the examination of causes is great importance in terms of businesses, managers and workers. In this context, the aim of this study with a contemporary perspective represent that being faced problems due to the absence of these problems, and the solution proposals and reflections on organisations of these problems in today’s condition.
