Abstract
The aim of this study is to find out the relationship among the self-efficacy concept and work- engagement level of Y Generation in family corporations which have a special importance in today’s global economies. According to this aim, the Y Generationers’ self-efficacy is measured with the “ Sherer’s Self Efficacy Scale” and the work engagement level is measured with the “Work Engagement Scale” developed by Rich, Lepin and Crawford.
