Abstract
In this study, positive psychology that published by small amount of studies in Turkish literature and its relation with positive organizational behavio rthat used as a term in organizational field are investigated. Additionally, dimensions of positive organizational behaviorare explained and the importance of these dimensions emphasized for the organizations. Dimensions of positive organizational behavior which affect various organizational variables contribute effective human resources applications in organizations. Supporting of these dimensions which emphasized on their developable characteristics in theoretical framework with the applications in organizations and presenting new organizational behavior terms have a great importance for the future of this area.
