Abstract :
Each paradigm has been erupted to serve in a certain time to create a new solution to accumulated problems and it will exist as long as it still produces solutions. If the paradigm looses it’s abitility to produce a solution, then it will give a way to new paradigm. In paradigm ecology, it would be said that historical perpetual changing has occured. Under dominant rational positivism current, management paradigm has developed and has had an ability to propose new solution to the problems. This paradigm also has interacted with another discipline and attatined important properties to apply to the management field. Especially, after World War II time periods, management paradigm expedited to attain new properties and this made management paradigm become dominant paradigm which opened new approachs to all fields and has made important contribution. In this study, management philosophy will be analized and how social service approach contribute to the management field will be discussed conceptually. And the question is that “whether organization and management theory support to develop social service approach or not?” will be answered. Literature showed that both of these theory has really helped to social service approach.
