Abstract :
The concept of innovation has become a considered issues over the past decade. Innovation is considered to be the determining factor in all areas of quality and competition from the private sector to the public sector. Innovate and to maintain it depends on the good management of the innovation process. In this study, the importance of innovation management and innovation are discussed in terms of social service businesses.
