Abstract :
Organizations should regularly and systematically update themselves in order to survive. One of the competencies and factors being used, in this respect, is the technology. In the recent past, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concept has been emerged and started to be used more commonly nowadays, ERP is one of these systems. In this study, the design and implementation process of ERP systems and difficulties experienced will be analyzed. As a research strategy, case study research was employed and the data will be derived from interviews and participant observation notes from the case study organization and the data then were analyzed qualitatively. As a result of the findings; difficulties of the ERP implementation process as well as possible solutions were proposed.
