  • Abstract
    Working conditions are one of the most important factors that affect the sense and attitudes of employees for the management and the job. The purpose of this study is to determine the Perceived Insider Status of Emergency Medical service personnel having 24 hours duty and working conditions that can be accepted as intensive and risky. In accordance with this purpose data was collected by means of using a standardized questionnaire for Emergency medical service personnel. It has been seen that Perceived Insider Status is above mid-level according to the survey results with the participation of 141 employees. Furthermore it has been seen that there is meaningful relation between Perceived Insider Status and work intensity, gender, age, title, seniority, marital status, having a child, salary and working conditions.
