Abstract :
This research is made to determine the organizational justice and organizational commitment of teachers, and to examine the relationship between the levels of organizational justice and organizational commitment. For the purpose of the research, personal information form and a questionnaire are used to assess the organizational justice and organizational commitment of the teachers who work for the Ministry of National Education in Bayat, Afyonkarahisar during the 2013-2014 term. The data obtained have been analyzed with SPSS 21.0 program in computer. As a result of the analysis, it is assessed that the teachers‟ organizational justice and organizational commitment levels are at high level. It is concluded from the questionnaires also that there is a positive and high level relationship between the organizational justice and organizational commitment for teachers. In other words, increasing of teachers‟ perception of organizational justice enables to increase their organizational commitment.
