Abstract :
After the 1970s, neoliberal policies have created conditions for the financial based accumulation. In many countries of the world has experienced many crises since the 1990s. Neoliberalism has been insufficient to prevent crises after the 2008 crisis, sharpened by neo-liberalism itself was clearly insufficient in preventing crises. Applications after the crisis tended to prevent the collapse of the global financial. Later, through the tools of authoritarian neo-liberalism aimed to restructure..
