Abstract :
Metropolitan municipality model and reform for this model is being studied in this paper. Metropolitan municipality model is being analyzed under two basic axis in the form of “basic fiction” and “practice space”. Again, the evaluations of the practitioners about metropolitan municipality model are being transferred, depending on the findings of a project. Secondly; the question “how to make a reform in this model” is being tried to be answered by means of these analysis and evaluations in this paper. And, this question is being replied under the above mentioned two basic axis and so two reform choices are being presented.
