Abstract :
It is very important for the corporations to be able to develop strategies oriented to the future and to direct their employees towards these strategies and goals in accordance with the requirements of the intense competition environment that the globalization created. The performance of a corporation is an indicator that displays the achievement of its goals or the succession of its task at the end of a certain period and it also determines the level of satisfaction of the shareholders’ expectation. Corporate Performance Management (CPM) can be defined as the systematic process which is conducted individually and organizationally to improve the performance.In this research, the points that are needed to be taken into consideration in the corporations’ high–performance actionsareanalyzed by explicating the management concept that is displayed as CPM and the corporations’ characteristics areemphasized.
