  • Abstract
    In this study was aimed to determine that the alpha naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) activity in the peripheral blood lymphocytes in quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) in periods of incubation (9, 11, 13, 15, 17 days) and after incubation (1 day, 7 day, adult). As a result of applied ANAE method, it was detected that the rate of T lymphocyte was between 60-63 % in 9, 11, 13 and 15. days of incubation, 34-38 % in 17. day of incubation and 1, 7 days of after incubation and adult.
