Abstract :
In this study, the aggregates produced by the basalt fiber concrete sleeper steel was researched. In the study, the maximum aggregate particle size and varying the amount by volume of steel fibers for a total of 6 different series are manufactured separately. Separately from each series including 2 and 4 cubes produced concrete sleepers are subjected to steam curing. Produced on the flexural strength of concrete sleepers and ultrasonic velocity cube on samples 1 and the 28-day compressive strength, unit weight, ultrasonic pulse velocity, freeze-thaw and water absorption tests were carried out. According to the results obtained, in the production of steel fiber concrete sleepers use increases the mechanical properties, particularly flexural strength was observed. This study also produced all of the series, TCDD Afyon Concrete Sleeper Plant by the single block B.58 concrete sleepers production as the threshold value that is being used, Dywidag in terms of norms, 28-day compressive strength and flexural strength can be said to provide.
