Abstract :
How sustainability the social security system of a country is proportional to peace of the people of that country. How well the system commits, people will be more hopefull about the future. Social state also be a degree of state social security system is related to the proper functioning. Turkey as a social state is its the social security system trying to operate optimally. Various reforms designed to address failures in the system that was implemented. Although the new reforms implemented, but today s income-expenditure balance of the system problem that is “deficit” has problems. System is becoming more problematic as between income-expenditure scissors is opened part way. Proper functioning of the system, the desired result of the reforms to be part of the system is still the country s people to embrace and internalize the social security system has improved a dependent.
