Foreign language learning, despite its importance is known for centuries, has not yet achieved to the desired level. Unsuccess of foreign language teaching depend on the such raisons: lack of foreign language practice, incompetence of the teachers in the learning process or their thinking foreign language as a formality lesson, reluctant students behaviors and attitudes for notes, and being limited of preference foreign language to only a few language. Time of learning a foreign language and wrong preferences are also other negatives factors. As a result of the national debates, foreign language learning should take place as planned and scheduled in the curriculum and should focus on seriously on the teaching process by determining the time of learning the language very well
