THE STUDY OF EFFECTIVE TEACHING STRATEGIES LEARNING PROCESS IN THE SCIENCES COURSE

This research aims to bring up the application process of teaching process which is used effective teaching strategies at fourth grade in science teaching. The research was conducted with quantitive methods and it was designed quasi-experimentally. The application of research was applied for 18 students of 4. class in science lesson in the spring term of 2015-2016 education year. Measure sampling method was used for selecting the study group. The research data were collected with classical test and multiple choices test. The results show the learning applications supported with effective teaching strategies have improved students’ success level and meta- cognitive awareness levels.
