Abstract :
In this case report, non surgical and prosthetic treatment of a maxillary central incisor with type III dens invaginatus is reported. The patient presented with pain and localized swelling. This case was treated by non-surgical root canal treatment.At follow up examination after two years, the tooth was asymptomatic but radiographically did not show any repair of the lesion.
