Abstract :
The treatments that has been used for cancer untill present day has been developed systematically by using the education and techniques of previous era. It is a fact that using animal model on drug development research is necessary in all methods that is used to. The reason of using animal models are, althogh the new cell culture and molecular biology techniques, the responce de ficiencies of metabolism in case of applied agents are cause of cessation of the using animal models.In the period of three centuries of experimental cancer research done specially used tumours are the ones that come to fore spontaneous or transplated tumours with chemical carcinogens. The main reason of using such models are they can easily produced in research unit, well-defined features, stored, includes methods that are easier to implement than the other models. In the last 35 years, has been recorded rapid advances in animal produces, firstly xenograft studies (1969) and later the transgenic(1984) animal models and this production area for scientifical purposes has been started to become a trade sector. In these atricle we will try to give information about the properties of application aby the deffinitions for each category of animal models.
