Skin is one of the rare areas of the metastasis of malignancies and metastasis of the lung cancer extremely rare. Although it can be seen in all areas, it usually develops in areas close to the main tumor. Cutaneous metastasis as it may be the first sign of the lung cancer; it can occur in the follow up and is associated with poor prognosis. Skin metastasis of lung cancer is not owner a characteristic view but is seen mostly in the nodular type. Herein, we presented an eighty-two-year-old patient with lung carcinoma who developed ulcerated skin lesions at the lower extremity that did not respond to the nonspecific antibiotic therapy and squamous cell cancer metastasis was determined from excisional biopsy specimen that was obtained from these areas.
