Abstract :
Deterministic methods don’t always give correct modeling opportunity to decision makers in uncertainty envi-ronments, in which making correct decisions for organizations are very important. Fuzzy logic, based on digitizing human decisions with the help of linguistic variable and membership functions, is an important method used in decision making process. Difficulty in making decision in a complex structure like supply chain and determining supply chain performance are the starting point of this study. For this aim, a supply chain model based on Fuzzy Logic approach will be created for a manufacturing firm and it will be attempted to estimate the firm’s perfor-mance of supply chain through this model. The model of the study is formed according to the SCOR model; Level 1 and 2 performance metrics are integrated with fuzzy logic approach. Findings showed that an estimation model based on Fuzzy Logic and SCOR model metrics will help decision makers in process of managing supply chain performance.
