Participants produce such as vinegar, tarhana, meat, cheese, butter, olive oil, vegetables, fruits, cream, soap, eggs, chicken.. According to the results, organic product producers have similiar problems with natural products producers. Almost all of the producers are mention about the lack of state support and consumers are not adequately informed. Organic producers claim that they have a problem with the certification procedures and their costs. The other problems are marketing problems related to small-scale production, much of the cost due to the lower version, unconscious selling dealers and consumer’s price sensivity.
