Abstract :
Business process management maturity models are used to determine enterprise s business process management levels and guidelines for the board to reach the next maturity level. According to business process management maturity models, the next maturity level indicates much more successful execution and results regarding business process management. In literature, there are many business process management maturity models that are developed to evaluate enterprise s business process maturity. In this paper, we assessed process and enterprise management maturity level of a graduate school in İzmir with “Process and Enterprise Maturity Model” which is developed by Hammer. According to the evaluation results we determined the capability areas to improve.
