Abstract :
The general aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the organizational silence, organizational loneliness and organizational alienation perceptions of the teachers with organizational cynicism levels. The research was designed in accordance with the survey screening model, and the universe of the research is composed of teachers working in Muş province in the 2017-2018 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 503 teachers selected by random sampling method in the same academic year. Personal Information Form was collected by Organizational Silence Scale, Loneliness in Business Life Scale, Organizational Alienation Scale and Organizational Cynicism Scale. According to the findings; It is concluded that there is a moderate positive relationship between teachers organizational cynicism behaviors and organizational silence, organizational loneliness and organizational alienation behaviors. According to the results of multiple regression analysis; It was concluded that teachers organizational silence, organizational loneliness and organizational alienation behaviors were significant predictors of teachers organizational cynicism behaviors.
